Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We deliver via Australia Post eParcel to anywhere within Australia and New Zealand. Australia Post make every effort to deliver within 7-8 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to Public Holidays.
If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local post office you can collect it from.

We will endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability (In stock, Limited stock or Temporarily out of stock) and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email to arrange a full refund or replacement.
All orders are shipped with an AusPost. You will receive email alerts and/or text updates with tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched. To track your order please enter your tracking number on AusPost tracking.
